Whatever deal DHL offered them, it wasn’t worth what it cost them in disgruntled customers and franchisees.

The kids own social media and politicians are being stupid for thinking they can be ‘managed’ like adults. Every high school teacher could explain in detail why the kids won’t put up with it.

They had to know that would be a stupid move, or don’t they do due diligence any more (assuming they once did)? Given their troubles history, DHL would be one of the last I’d choose! Obviously, KFC Have learned that the hard & expensive way!
