To even read one you have to have an established right to know the contents and then show a lawful need to know. Opposition political research is not a lawful need to know.

The Office of Personnel Management was broken into a few years ago. The suspicion was that it was a Chinese operation, but no direct proof. CIA personnel records were taken. If this woman’s records were among those taken, the PAC needs lawyers.

Remember – Trump supports the troops, when he needs a photo op. He himself and his friends a big tax break and tries to cover part of it by freezing the pay of the civil service.
