By reliable I mean sober enough to drive, an estimate within 10% of the final cost, and who can show up within a week of booking the job.

I can understand why the troll likes red, it’s part of the name of his favorite newspaper – Red Star. It’s classic GRU agitprop.

Especially when it’s forced. I’m waiting for my own renovation (new oven/cooktop that was promised 6 Months ago by the agent, owners and the plumber/gas-fitter that checked the oven and couldn’t get it working. It’s at least 50 years old.) But it’s out of my hands as I am only a poor renter with few rights. *shrug*
