Then we could start confiscating the weapons owned by people when they are convicted or adjudged of crimes or conditions that cost them their right to bear arms. Believe it or not there is no system in place to take the weapons. In a domestic violence case this is vital, but it doesn’t get done.

Laws that aren’t enforced are a waste of ink and paper.

There is no solution as long as guns are so plentiful. A posible start could be any asocial behavior would cost one the right to bear arms.
