Minimum central pressure: 1000 mb ↓.

Currently about 675 miles [1085 km] East-Southeast of Corpus Christi, Texas.

A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for the Texas coast from Port Mansfield northward to west of San Luis Pass.

Invest 90 skipped the Tropical Depression stage and went directly to a Tropical Storm based on Hurricane Hunter data.
