Currently about 125 miles [200 km] South of Ponce, Puerto Rico.

A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for Puerto Rico, Vieques, Culebra, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and the Southeast Bahamas and Turks and Caicos Islands.

A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for U.S. Virgin Islands.
