This what the New York State Penal Law as to say about the procedure: § 130.66 Aggravated sexual abuse in the third degree:

1. A person is guilty of aggravated sexual abuse in the third degree when he or she inserts a foreign object in the vagina, urethra, penis, rectum or anus of another person:
(a) By forcible compulsion; or
(b) When the other person is incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless; or
(c) When the other person is less than eleven years old.
2. A person is guilty of aggravated sexual abuse in the third degree when he or she inserts a foreign object in the vagina, urethra, penis, rectum or anus of another person causing physical injury to such person and such person is incapable of consent by reason of being mentally disabled or mentally incapacitated.
3. Conduct performed for a valid medical purpose does not violate the provisions of this section.
Aggravated sexual abuse in the third degree is a class D felony.

What they have legislated does not have a “valid medical purpose” and making it mandatory is a form of “forcible compulsion”. It’s sole purpose is to degrade women.

Those who voted for this crime should be on the sexual offenders list, as the deviants they are.

This morning Marcelle is about halfway between Braeburn and Whitehorse, while Michael’s GPS is again being silent after showing him at Braeburn last night.

The GPS distances shown on Live Tracking are straight-line measurements from point to point, not trail measurements, which yield a total distance of 890 miles, missing about 100+ miles of the actual trail.
