[Editor: I have been assuming that this was Hermit for some time when it occurred to me that there was too much white on the body and no white tip on the tail. It is probably the result of someone not being able to afford a cat any more. She is no friendlier than the Hermit and eats when no other cats are around.]

Now there’s a cat with a purpose
Poor kitty. Dumped? No wonder she’s pissed off.
She’s rather skilled at escape and evasion, as she uses whatever cover is available and approaches her destination indirectly. She ‘hurries’ across open space, rather than running and scans constantly.
I hate it that I can’t calm her down, because she is a very pretty cat and would be a good candidate for adoption if she weren’t so spooked.
Times are hard, Ellroon, and people are having trouble feeding themselves, so it isn’t surprising that pets are losing homes also.
