Currently about 360 miles [ 580 km] Southwest of Cape Race, Newfoundland.

A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for Arnolds Cove to Chapels Cove, Newfoundland.

The cooling water and increasing wind shear are weakening the storm.

The storm’s movement has speeded up considerably and the wind field has expanded.
