Some friends are visiting Texas, and said it’s been raining like monsoon season. I wonder if that’s due to that Tropical Depression?
Texas has been living with torrential rains for the entire month with one storm after another. Houston has really been affected with major flooding. It is just the way the weather patterns set up as the weather over the Pacific been developing.
