At 10AM CDT Harvery is starting to intensify rapidly, and could be a major hurricane before it makes landfall. At Noon CDT update Harvey now a Cat 1 hurricane.

A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for North of Sargent to High Island, Texas and South of Port Mansfield, Texas to the Mouth of the Rio Grande.
