Trump just told tens of thousands of Haitian refugees to return to the desolation that is the island after the earthquake, and has been extremely dismissive of the plight of Puerto Ricans after the hurricanes. In his “brilliance” he decided to ding the Treasury for another $2 million for a trip down to Mar-a-Lago where he is surrounded by both groups for Thanksgiving. I wonder if he has employees of either group among the staff at his resort…

Of our household of four, two are carnivores but incapable of catching a turkey; the other two are sprout eaters but bear no ill will, or good will for that matter, to turkey-kind. Actually we just returned from Dimassi’s Mediterranean Buffet, stuffed and happy and. yes, thankful. Bryan, I hope your day was a good one!
It sounds like a happy Thanksgiving, Steve. Mine has been mostly quiet which is always nice, and the cats are having to do turkey duty this year as I’m dealing with a gifted ham that can’t be re-frozen.
