Lost half a day with police reports, another day shopping for replacement tools, and then two days removing what the ‘prime suspect’ had done, in order to do it right. This has not been the most fun-filled rehab I have ever done.
Of course it is better than Trump’s week. If you don’t pay your attorneys, you end up with Michael Cohen and Rudy Giuliani. It is unclear which of the two is doing the most harm. 😈

replacement tools? does this mean the bullet puller didn’t work as expected?
No, it means that one of the people working in the apartment stole a router, a drill, over-priced router bits, and numerous other power and hand tools. He will need a surgeon to pull bullets if I ever see him again. 😡
Bullet puller. Hmm, you know I’d like to have one of those, but I just can’t see that there would be a lot of demand for it. I guess I’ll just have to borrow yours if I ever find the need for one! 🙂
A kinetic bullet puller is not expensive, but the fact that it looks like a plastic hammer, and the action is to use it like a hammer after you load a cartridge into it tends to make people who have never used one fairly nervous 🙂
Oh, so that’s what one looks like. Had no idea there was such a thing. I actually thought you were using some sort of standard tool that you were just calling a “bullet puller”. Ha! Guess that shows how much I know about weapons.
God, I hope I never have any use for one in a rental. Yes, indeedy, it would scare me to pull bullets. Nope.
The bullets are designed to release from the case. They are held firmly so they can be expelled by the powder burn. If they are too tightly held you are apt to end up at a gunsmith or buying a new weapon.
Or at a hospital because your gun exploded rather than shooting.
