Waste Of Money
US to send troops and air and missile defense to Saudi Arabia as Trump announces new Iran sanctions after oil attack. We are wasting resources training people who don’t want to work to use systems that won’t be effective. Patriot Missile Systems are worthless against terrain-following cruise missiles and small drones.
They need Land-based Phalanx Weapon Systems to protect their oil facilities. The Phalanx System ties together a 20mm Gatling gun with target acquisition and fire control systems. It was originally designed for the Navy to protect ships against anti-ship missiles and small boat swarms.
Of course, the Saudis could save a lot of money and live more quietly if they would stop attacking other countries and financing weaponized religious whackoes throughout the Middle East.

Please Note
What Trump released was not a transcript of his call with the President of the Ukraine, but notes taken by members of the national security staff during the call that were later assembled into a single document.
Transcripts are verbatim written records of speech. Given how easy it is to provide an audio/video record of conversations that could be accurately transcribed at a later date, the continued reliance on note taking is rather archaic.
