Louisiana Double Header
According to the current tracking, Marco is going to parallel the Louisiana Gulf Coast on its way to Houston and then approximately a day later Laura is going to annoy the entire state from the Gulf Coast to the to the Arkansas border. The state is going to be soaked and then Laura is going to dump a lot of rain in the mid-Mississippi Valley inducing flooding downstream.
It has been a hot summer and the power outages are not going to help nerves already frayed by COVID-19 restrictions.
