Distance: 218 kilometers.
A “Hilly” stage with 4 climbs. A stage for the all-arounders. The intermediate sprint is at 51 km at Le Dorat.
Marc Hirschi has already come in third and second on stages so he went all out. He broke away with 30 kilometers to go and no one could catch him on the climb up Sur au May. He flew down the mountain alone to the finish, picking up the Red Numbers as well as the stage win.
