Looking tough 24/7 is a job requirement for an alpha tom, and while it isn’t apparent, he has a nasty scar above his right eye that he acquired on his way to the top.
He was a cute kitten, but then he grew up.
Wow! Blaze is a beauty…and smart, too. With this heat, I can’t blame him for doing nothing. Hopefully, that’s a nice shady spot.
No worry on the that score, OWL. the leaves are from the 30-foot oak that he is resting under which provides shade for half of my house.
