"There are two novels that can change a bookish 14-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs."

Put her in a bow tie and she could do the doors at any classy night club!
As long as the bow tie is added with a graphics program, because she would not be nice to anyone attempting to put anything around her neck – I tried flea collars when she was a kitten and that convinced me not to attempt it when her nails hardened grew. 😉
Amazingly one thing Ted was pretty good about was collars. Perhaps his fashion sense overrode his belligerence!
Or he had forged tags made to hide his true identity … 😉
So I presume Ted was a spiritual twin of this cat?
Meanwhile, I found this very loving Russian cat to be very amusing.
Ted wouldn’t be that obvious, Badtux. He was what Basement Cat wants to be when he grows up.
She should have used her fist for cheek-rubbing, it’s a lot easier on your glasses.
