“Those were the day’s my friend…” Indeed they were. What happened? *sigh*
Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher, et al. who would rather spend money and resources blowing things up than building things. People in power who thought that the only people who deserved to prosper were those who were already rich.

And it’s been all downhill since.
Curious, isn’t it? The wealthy all want all the wealth… but without everyone else able to spend… It can’t last long. Seems pretty self-defeating to me. *shrug* But most wealthy have little foresight or intelligence. Just narcissism, a lack of morals/ethics and a will to to whatever they have to to get what they want NOW! *shrug*
They really believe in the top-down theory, the reality is the inverse. *shrug*
The 1% would be put down if they were in a purebred breeding program. The comeback “if you’re so smart why aren’t you rich?” is easy to counter – “Because I believe in the rule of law.”
Donald Trumpf’s big success is not losing all of the money he inherited.
I don’t understand the naming inversion that Donald has convinced people to adopt. Corporations pay to have their names on NASCAR vehicles, or sports stadia, university buildings, but Trumpf expects people to pay him to put his name on a project. Doesn’t make any sense to me.

Having a lot of money almost always means you had at least one competent ancestor and is not a reliable indicator of your ability to walk and talk at the same time.
