Hurricane Matthew – Day 4

Movement: North-Northwest [335°] near 7 mph [11 kph].
Maximum sustained winds: 150 mph [240 kph].
Wind Gusts: 165 mph [265 kph].
Tropical Storm Wind Radius: 205 miles [335 km].
Hurricane Wind Radius: 25 miles [ 35 km].
Minimum central pressure: 940 mb.

Currently about 360 miles [ 580 km] Southeast of Kingston, Jamaica.

A Hurricane Warning is in effect for Jamaica and Haiti from the southern border with the Dominican Republic to Le Mole St. Nicholas.

A Hurricane Watch is in effect for Haiti from east of Le Mole St. Nicholas to the northern border with the Dominican Republic and Cuba from Camaguey province to Guantanamo province.

Matthew weakened slightly overnight to a Category 4 hurricane. At 1PM CDT the storm appears to have lost its steering currents.
