When critics attack:

A Scottish newspaper’s TV listing of President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration has caught people’s attention both in the UK and the US.

The Sunday Herald TV critic Damien Love reimagined the ceremony as a return of the classic science fiction series The Twilight Zone.

I saw it when George Takei tweeted it. If this had been turned in as the script of an actual episode of The Twilight Zone, it would have been returned. “Too unrealistic”, would have been the criticism.

We are all in the Twilight Zone now. 🙁

Yeah, I saw George’s tweet also. 🙂 And others. Seems it’s not just China that’s pissed:

Trump to Europe: Drop dead

Angela Merkel: We’ll respond to Trump’s criticism when he takes office

In other (local) news… One of our MSM group, The Australian, is trying very hard to emulate Murdock’s US media. But we have rules here, and it seems there are limits. 🙂

Press Council rules against Daily Telegraph story on pension ‘bludgers’

So, the LNP haven’t managed to turn Australia into a micro USA just yet. But they will keep trying. *shrug*

Speaking of humor… I give you a perfect toon that represents Trumpet succinctly:

Trump: Narcissus and the Reflecting Pool

Trump doesn’t even know his daughter’s user name on Twitter, assuming she has one.

The problem with this being an episode, Badtux, is that no one would accept the premise that new President was such an obnoxious schmuck, and proud of it. He talks like Huey Long, but Kingfish actually did things for the working class.

François Hollande of France didn’t wait for the inauguration to dump on Drumpf for comments on Angela Merkel and Europe. We are not going to have any friends or allies left, other than the façade of friendship from Russia and Israel.

It seems our politicians want desperately in on the act! LOL

One Nation asked for Trump inauguration invitation, says foreign affairs

Now, if their was a god, I (and many others) would be praying & promising our first born that Hanson & Burston decide to stay there! They’d be right at home! LOL

Maybe they’ll get caught up in the crazy security at the airport? There is that! 😈

According to what I’m reading there are plenty of tickets available, and DC hotels are lowering rates because of a lack of demand.
