Maximum sustained winds: 60 mph [ 95 kph].
Wind Gusts: 75 mph [120 kph].
Tropical Storm Wind Radius: 70 miles [110 km].
Minimum central pressure: 1005 mb ↓.

Currently about 185 miles [ 315 km] South-Southeast of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina.

Depression 3 strengthened to a tropical storm but is still stalled off the Carolina coast.
