There Are Consequences

For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind … Hosea 8:7

Title 18 of the US Code-CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
PART I-CRIMES
CHAPTER 115-TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES

§2384. Seditious conspiracy
If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

AMENDMENT XIV to the United States Constitution:

Section 3.
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Impeach the Current Resident and block him from public office.

Hurricane Michael did severe damage to the Federal Correction Facility in Marianna, Florida. [Soon to be] President Biden could use some of those contracts used to build walls that most people in Texas don’t want, to build walls and make other repairs to the prison and put Trump’s name on it. It’s a poor area that needs the jobs and they voted for him, so it’s win-win 👿

On January 19 Trump will pardon everybody involved in the coup plot, so consequences? Other than being named and shamed, seems doubtful.

Hey Bryan. 👋😎

I knew you would post a nice & succinct take about this incredible stupidity!

My first response was on the 10th after this tweet:
https://twitter.com/YousefMunayyer/status/1347026407294201863

Today, I retweeted this one:
https://twitter.com/Kryten_42/status/1350298703223943174

And followed with a replay to a tweet about the “MyPillow guy” utter moron!/
https://twitter.com/Kryten_42/status/1350313045638070272

There have been others, but these will do.

The level of utter stupidity boggles even me! And I’m not usually surprised since 2016 by the levels of stupidity in the USA! I know pretty much the same goes for you Bryan. *sigh* 🤷‍♂️🙄

Oh! And apparently the NRA just filed for bankruptcy!🙄

Esquire has a take I agree with, especially the bit about Pence.🤷‍♂️🙄

I definitely agree with this tweet (Though, I think he should be hung from a yardarm!):

You’ve probably seen this (or something like it.) I replied to a comment regarding the troops sleeping on the floor.

Usually SOP on rapid deployments when I was a UN puppet.

Apologies for all this! A lot has happened.

Badtux, I would be surprised if Trump bothered with people who didn’t help him personally and who don’t have wealthy people like Eric Prince [war criminals] or Kim Kardashian pleading for them. At this point he may not even pardon ‘Crazy Rudy’. They failed to overturn the election and they have nothing incriminating on him, so why would Trump bother?

Kryten, It’s dry, climate somewhat-controlled and inside the wire – so it’s heaven. It’s not the worst place to kip as we both know.

This is going to be an interesting trial in the Senate as the Senators are victims and witnesses as well as jurors, and there is ample video evidence of the crime that speaks for itself. The only problem I see is that Trump may have a problem finding a lawyer who isn’t involved in the crime to represent him.

Sorry Badtux, missed your comment. 🙂

It has BATHROOM’S!! Yeah… When my team was first dumped in Cambodia, we only had the supplies we brought with us. Standard issue weapons w/ 4 ammo clips, gear & backpack, MRE’s, rations, water, etc until supplies began arriving about 2.5 days later. Apparently, they had arrived ahead of us, but to the wrong supply depot. Typical. 🤷‍♂️😒

At least you won’t have to put up with Josh Hawley MO. Apparently, Loews Hotels
cancelled his FL fundraiser & he is furious! Bonus points. 😀 Howley cleans to be a “Constitutional Lawyer”, yet appears to know bugger all about the US Constitution. 🤔🤨 Here’s a tweet thread about it all.

Did I mention my Gaming Keyboard died? I tweeted about it and Badtux commented on that (thanks Badtux). Prices have really gone insane!

The cheapest I found & I ordered that was any good, was a Cooler Master Masterkeys MK750 Keyboard w/ Cherry MX Red Switches @ $189

And they had a surprising sale on the new Samsung 870 QVO 4TB 2.5″ SATA SSD wich replaced the crappy 860 QVO 4TB that performed pretty poorly. The new 870 has gotten very good reviews as it performs as well as the more expensive EVO version in most cases but is significantly cheaper. I decided to grab one @ $514. That was just over $300 cheaper than my 860 EVO 4TB I got 8 Months ago.

I can never have enough storage space! Especially now that I’m converting my 720p & 1080p videos to 1440p! And games are getting bigger. Average size the past year is around 60 GB. One game, ARK: Survival Evolved, is over 260 GB & growing with each update (usually new content)!

The MAGA morons just get dumber & dumber! Here’s the most recent example:

This is the 22 year old woman who tried to sell Nancy Pelosi’s laptop to Russian Intel

🤦‍♂️🤨🤷‍♂️

Regarding your comment about Donald may not pardon Rudy, I have to agree with that. Recent reporting says he’s not even going to pay him! I am not surprised.

8 Kryten42 { 01.19.21 at 1:49 am }

An update on the fool that stole the Notebook above:

Police arrest woman FBI alleges stole Pelosi laptop to sell to Russia

9 Bryan { 01.19.21 at 11:42 pm }

Kryten, the thread you linked to about Hawley is this Florida attorney Daniel Uhlfelder that objected to the beach openings.

Riley’s hope to sell a computer to the SVR would be thwarted in one of two ways: it would disappear at Russian customs and never officially enter the county, or would be seized along with her “friend in Russia” by one or more of several state organs with no pay outs and no time off for good behavior.

She doesn’t read spy novels or she would know you approach through an embassy in a neutral country if you want to be paid.

OWL, Rudy is out of luck, but Trump is saying he will pardon Steve Bannon. He is supposedly pardoning or commuting the sentences of about 100 people, apparently because he can. This is like his flying to Mar-a-Lago tomorrow morning so he can use Air Force One . He likes the trappings of the job but isn’t interested in doing the work involved.
