"There are two novels that can change a bookish 14-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs."

Sox is truly playing cat-and-mouse.
Tabitha leaps on the computer table, walks in front of the display, turns around into her standard pick-me-up orientation and will not leave until she is scooped up into my lap or Stella’s. Once in a lap, she does not interfere with our using the computer. It’s a pretty good system.
Friday Ark #122…
We’ll post links to sites that have Friday (plus or minus a few days) photos of their chosen animals (photoshops at our discretion and humans only in supporting roles). Watch the Exception category for rocks, beer, coffee cups, and….? Do link to the…
He’s too big for my lap and puts a strain on my keyboard drawer. He has picked up some bad habits from certain gray cats.
Ted used to sleep on my monitor… until he was sick and blew it up. He doesn’t go neat the computer anymore and I had an excuse to get a flat screen one!
Looks like he want to share some nice warm *fuzzies* with ya too!
I’m always amazed how much the fur can fly with kitties and fluffy dawgs.
🙂
Jams. for a similar reason, I have a different keyboard and mouse on this box than the ones that came with it, but is wasn’t a loud enough event to convince Sox not to get on the shelf.
Karen, Dot is the one for hair when she gets upset. Dot explodes in a white cloud of hair.
At least he doesn’t lay behind your monitor ad try and push it out of the way when it confines his snooze space.
Well, Rupert needs extra space because he’s a growing boy, Keith. Before I switched to a LCD Ringo would sit on top of the CRT and move her prodigious tail across the front like a windshield wiper.
Aw!! How cute! Sox is chasing the mouse. He certainly is a beauty!
Actually, he was attempting to use the mouse as a pillow, OWL, although, he is the one that always starts the games of tag.
I can sympathize. Many are the times I’ve fallen asleep with my head on a mouse…
