Still in the Haute-Savoie this is a Mountain stage with 5 climbs including a summit finish.

- Col de la Croix Fry 124.5 km (Cat 1: 11.3km @ 7.0%)
- Col des Aravis 133.3 km (Cat 3: 4.4km @ 5.8%)
- Côte des Amerands 170.6 km (Cat 2: 2.7km @ 10.9%)
- Saint-Gervais Mont Blanc 179.0 km (Cat 1: 7.0km @ 7.7%)
The intermediate sprint is 72.0 km from the start at Bluffy.
