Heh. My cats have been making use of the heated cat pads too, because I don’t bother turning on the heat inside the house during the day or at night. Their heated cat pads though are integrated into their heated cat beds…
The cat pad came with a faux sheepskin cover, but that got removed before it even got dirty. This one is designed for outdoor use and has a cable protection cover to deal with possible chewing.
I’ve considered getting the inside cats the same type that your guys have, but haven’t done it yet. Cats definitely like it warm.
As a side benefit, in use the pad also warms the piece of slate [old pool table] that it rests on, because Ms Underhouse is not a sharing kind of cat.
