Election Stuff
This coming Tuesday is last day to register in Florida if you want to vote in the November election. Most Supervisor of Election offices in Florida will be open tomorrow because “European Invasion Day” is a “Yankee” holiday.
As usual the Federal mid-term election is important in Florida because state-wide offices are up for election and the ballot is always crowded with constitutional amendments. I have been too busy to do more than scan them, but will cover them later.
Everyone needs to make their voice heard. When one of the major parties doesn’t have a problem with possible sexual predators being in the Senate or the Supreme Court, it is time for change. The travesty of a “background check” that the FBI was required to do [only being allowed to talk to people who backed the nominee] must end now.
