Movement: West [270°] near 17 mph [28 kph].
Maximum sustained winds: 45 mph [ 70 kph].
Wind Gusts: 55 mph [ 90 kph].
Tropical Storm Wind Radius: 105 miles (165 km].
Minimum central pressure: 999 mb.

Currently about 360 miles [ 575 km] East of Isla de Providencia, Colombia.

Tropical Depression Thirteen has strengthened to a Tropical Storm and is forecast to become a Hurricane tomorrow.

A Hurricane Warning is in effect for San Andres, Providencia, and Santa Catalina Islands, Colombia; the coast of Nicaragua from Laguna de Perlas to Puerto Cabezas.

A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for Nicaragua south of Laguna de Perlas to Bluefields; Nicaragua north of Puerto Cabezas to the Honduras/Nicaragua border.

A Hurricane Watch is in effect for Nicaragua south of Laguna de Perlas to Bluefields; Nicaragua north of Puerto Cabezas to the Honduras/Nicaragua border.

A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for Honduras from the Nicaragua/Honduras border to Punta Patuca.
