Tropical Storm Wind Radius: 105 miles [165 km].
Minimum central pressure: 1000 mb.

Currently about 255 miles [ 405 km] North-Northeast of Veracruz, Mexico.

Karl is just wandering around in the Gulf without any steering guidance.

A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for the Gulf Coast of Mexico from Tuxpan to Frontera.
