Currently about 15 miles [ 25 km] East of Loredo, Texas.

A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for the south coast of Haiti from Anse d’Hainault eastward to the Dominican Republic Border and the entire coast of the Dominican Republic.

A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for the Turks & Caicos Islands
