Tropical Storm Wind Radius: 45 miles [ 75 km].
Hurricane Wind Radius: 10 miles [ 20 km].

Currently about 200 miles [ 325 km] East of Tampico, Mexico.

Katia became a Hurricane at 4PM CDT.

A Hurricane Warning is in effect for the coast of the Mexican state of Veracruz from Cabo Rojo to Laguna Verde.
