A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for the coast of Mexico from Barra de Nautla to La Cruz.
This was Tropical Depression Seven that dropped back to remnant low status before getting into the Caribbean. It is in the Bay of Campeche and spun up to a Tropical Storm.
