Tropical Storm Wind Radius: 260 miles.
Minimum central pressure: 1005 mb.

Arthur is about 55 miles West of Chetumal, Mexico and is moving over Yucatan.

Arthur just couldn’t wait for opening day.

It was just a test of the hurricane reaction system, if this had been and actual hurricane FEMA vehicles would have blocked all major evacuation routes by improvident driving in semis carrying blankets and mukluks… 😈

Ermmmm… I think you are making a joke Bryan! LOL The FEMA Quick Reaction Response Teams would have relised there was a hurricane a week after it had flattened a city. Everyone knows that! Sheesh! LOL

We are still trying to get FEMA to make up their minds about debris from a hurricane in 2004, and then we can deal with the debris from 2005.

The incompetence of the current US government is total. I have yet to see anything that they know how to do.
