Considering the forecast track and computer models, I think Philippe must have seen one or more of the GOP candidate debates, and is being turned back by the shear insanity [sic(k)].

The butterflies of chaos do seem to have had a good year down here in Florida. All of these candidate debates and now the state GOP has played with the primary calendar again.
