Maximum sustained winds: 30 mph [ 45 kph].
Wind Gusts: 40 mph [ 65 kph].
Minimum central pressure: 1007 mb ↑.

Currently about 110 miles [175 km] North-Northeast of Cozumel, Mexico.

All Watches and Warnings have been cancelled as Rina is being systematically dismantled by strong upper level wind shear.

The storm has degenerated into a remnant low. This is the final advisory.
