Currently about 125 miles [ 200 km] Southeast of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina.

The Hurricane Hunters found the storm still weak this morning.

A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for the coast of North Carolina from Cape Lookout to Oregon Inlet, including Pamlico Sound.
