So many kitties! I take it these are the ferals?
They are definitely feral. Grey-nose is the alpha tom, and Lone Ranger is the alpha cat. It’s an acceptance ritual, in that Toes will pick up the family scent markers and then “share” them with her kitten(s).
I heard a kitten, but I didn’t see anything yet, as the “nest” is hidden.
Six kitties in that picture. They sure are handsome kitties. Since she’s had the kittens, are you planning on getting her fixed, now? Then the kittens… man, that’s a lot of cats.

OWL, I have to find the kittens first, then I have to see which ones are marginally friendly. That was taken at a distance as these are ferals. I have stabilized the number in the group, and take those I can to be neutered/spayed, but it isn’t always easy.
