Minimum central pressure: 1004 mb.
Currently about 115 miles [ 190 km] Northeast of Cabo Gracias a Dios on the Nicaragua-Honduras border.
A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for the coast of Honduras from Punta Castilla eastward to the Nicaragua border.

I’m concerned about Invest 97.
Rina is sending it lots of dry air. The drought in Texas is putting out a lot of dry air over the Gulf into the Caribbean and is reducing development of storms despite very warm sea surface temperatures.
97 is only given a 10% chance of doing anything for the next few days.
Rina is set to hit the Yucatan unless the steering changes, but the current thinking is that it will make it to category 1 before it gets there.
