Those kids look happy because they’re hyped up on Ritalin and Prozac for their ADHD, of course. Florida being one of the states with a high rate of drugging its kids.

But Governor Bush’s daughter and Rush Limbaugh said if they are prescription drugs it doesn’t count. It’s only the drugs that aren’t sold by the big drug companies that are bad.
