Alleged “D.C. Madam” Pleads Not Guilty and raised the fear factor inside the Beltway:

A former escort service owner who has threatened to sell a list of 15,000 phone numbers from her client list to help her defense pleaded not guilty Friday to racketeering.

Dick Morris has already said he’s on the list, so the names could be interesting, especially to DC area divorce lawyers.

No doubt a lot of “clients” from both the Republican and Democratic parties will appear on the list. But it is a testament to Republican efforts that, despite all the fraud, theft, sweet deals with friends, no-bid contracts etc. by Republican officeholders, there is any member of the public who is still shocked to find a whore in Washington.

Back in day, the Republicans were always indicted for financial problems and Democrats for sex. I don’t have the slightest doubt that there are Democrats in that rolodex, but then Democrats don’t pretend to be the “party of G-d”.

I would love to see that list in print — especially if it includes common habits of the parties listed. Might give the Kinseys a new slant on their numbers.

I look at as good for the economy, a major re-distribution of wealth as well as a boost to local government from the associated court costs.

I will be interested to see how much trouble they have finding a judge.
