What are you referring to? I’m acknowledging your effort. You don’t hear me talking about biking, or riding in dog sleds – I just cover the events.

As for Minnesota – have you forgotten that Joe Scarborough is my former Congresscritter, and we had the Shrubbery’s brother, JEB, as governor for 8 years. The 2000 election, Terri Schiavo ring any bells?

As for the “weekend athletes”, that one wasn’t actually directed at you, it was at someone else who keeps telling me he’s going to do something “real soon” about a weight problem that is going to result in diabetes if he doesn’t start losing some weight, or convert it to muscle. He has a bike and Florida is nearly as flat as Kansas [the highest point in the state is 345 feet], so no one is apt to be going for the “polka dot jersey” around here.
