A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for Cabo Gracias a Dios westward to the Honduras/Guatemala border including the Bay Islands of Honduras and North of Puerto Costa Maya to Punta Allen, Mexico.

Invest 97L is currently [1PM CDT] in the Caribbean due South of Haiti heading West at about 25 mph with 45 mph winds.

A Hurricane Hunter should reach the storm later this afternoon. There is a high probability that the Invest will be reclassified Tropical Storm Earl by the data the aircraft gathers.
