Maximum sustained winds: 75 mph [120 kph].
Wind Gusts: 90 mph [145 kph].
Tropical Storm Wind Radius: 310 miles [500 km].
Hurricane Wind Radius: 80 miles [130 km].
Minimum central pressure: 972 mb.

Currently about 475 miles [ 760 km] Southeast of Halifax, Nova Scotia.

As forecast, Rafael has become a Post-Tropical Cyclone. This is the last NHC advisory.

The Post can’t afford it, they just stopped printing Newsweek to save money. Without Kaplan they would be heading to bankruptcy. That’s what going to the right leads to – a loss of credibility and subscribers.
