"There are two novels that can change a bookish 14-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. Haha it’s as if he’s saying “Make the sun come out and I’ll go back to work”

Don’t think I’ve run across a “fuzzy” Gargoyle before….

Artsy photo, Bryan. Thanks for declining to “enhance” the brightness; the whole effect depends on the lack of sun.
Ringo wouldn’t like our roof. The eaves are all boxed in (aluminum?) to keep squirrels out of the attic and leaves out of the gutter (supposedly)… without the leaves, there’s no comfortable cat bed.

Without the sun, Jams, that roof can be a chilly place to be this time of year. She was in “rabbit” mode with her paws folded under rather than pads down.
As a Korat mix, Ringo is the Velveteen Gargoyle. It beats the fungus I’ve seen on them in Europe, Jill.
I crop and that’s it. I take a lot of pictures and work with the elements I like, then crop and reduce them to 500 pixels wide to fit the space, Steve. The only exception is that one picture of the demonic Excise with the glowing eyes that Hipparchia played with first and then I darkened it to emphasize the eyes.
those eyes were irresistible.
Those eyes indicate that the brain behind them is empty.
“Velveteen Gargoyle” LOL! 😉

If you click on the “gargoyle” link in the text, you’ll see her usual pose on the edge of the roof, OWL.
Ha! That’s a great picture! She does look like a real gargoyle:)

See, I don’t always make this stuff up out of whole cloth.
😆 Very good Bryan! And yeah… great pic and perfect captions! 😀
Thanks!
Actually the camera really messed up that first picture by focusing on the leaves instead of Ringo, who was doing a really good, Notre Dame quality, gargoyle impression.
I click buttons and then see what I have.

that’s how i do computers…
Yeah, right.
OT: it was already part of a post I’m planning as soon as I can get a little space to write, Hipparchia.
😆
[that’s cool]
