Happy Pesach
Sundown today marks the beginning of Pesach [Passover]. The story is found in the Book of Exodus.
You can, of course, just pop in a DVD of The Ten Commandments, Cecil B. DeMille’s version.
[I would note that the “monuments” to the Ten Commandments that litter public spaces are often promotional items put out to promote this movie. There weren’t any Happy Meals in 1956, so you got granite, instead of plastic, chotchkies.]
