There is now a Hurricane Watch from Intercoastal City to Port O’Connor, Texas.

It looks tonight (Sun.) as if Edouard is coming to visit the Galveston/Houston area, possibly Tuesday morning, possibly just reaching hurricane strength at landfall. But we all know how rapidly things can change. We’re already prepared for a small hurricane; unless the forecast looks much worse, we’ll just ride it out here.
When it decided to make it’s move, it really got into gear. This is the mess that has been providing us with daily thunderstorms for more than a week.
