While most of these should be self-evident, some require having been in a different time and place to understand, although I found videos that help with some of it.
I have learned that most people who post on YouTube are more concerned with the video than the audio quality, i.e. that there be video. There are things by Pete Seeger, Joan Baez, Odetta, Buffy St. Marie that belong on this list, but the available choices are really bad. Some things missed the cut because there is a 10 minute limit on YouTube.
I don’t embed them because it really slows down the time it takes to load the site.
If you work around Republicans, almost nothing on this list is safe for work.

Tsk, tsk, Jack, let’s not start anything that isn… screw it, annoy the hell out of the jerks. I would have put these into full rotation on 2002 and let them run, but this is the second time I’ve been through this mess.
