Dot Not So Calm
You don’t mind if I’m here do you, Dot? She doesn’t mind. I knew she wanted me here.
[Editor: Dot’s hide out has been discovered and Ringo isn’t being very good about reading body language. Fortunately Sox knocked a book off a table in the living room and Ringo left before blood was spilled.

It must be a characteristic of all species of more-or-less self-aware individuals that those individuals will tolerate youngsters up to a point… but not past that point. Ringo will learn that limit as she ages, but her education will probably involve a few paw-swipes by Dot at Ringo’s head.
Come to think of it, those kids that do cannonballs into the pool right outside my window may eventually learn my limits, though I’ll call the apartment office (or tell the kids’ parents if I know them) rather than threaten any physical harm… indeed, the possibility of physical harm to them is exactly what worries me; it’s a shallow pool. But a grownup can only tolerate so much from a kid or a kit, as Dot knows.
Friday Ark #95…
We’ll post links to sites that have Friday (plus or minus a few days) photos of their chosen animals (photoshops at our discretion and humans only in supporting roles). Watch the Exception category for rocks, beer, coffee cups, and….? We will add yo…
Everyone is waiting for Ringo to grow up. She can be a trial at times.
With a face like that, Ringo must be able to charm her way out all of kinds of trouble. Once again, an outsatnding photo…just the right moment!
My newest girl looks so much like Ringo, except she’s longish haired. Both Dot and Ringo look so cute!
I fear that Ringo’s charm is lost on Dot, who prefers quiet, CG.
I notice your ladies seem to be getting along well, OWL. Feather will fit in quickly among your fluffy pride.
