"There are two novels that can change a bookish 14-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. Hmm USB powered missile launchers? I wonder if they would keep the boss at bay. Something that would have been very welcome at work this week..
I don’t know, do you consider your boss a small pet?

Sixteen years ago I had a boss I would love to have considered a small pet, but she was married…
Samantha and Tabitha can easily distinguish things thrown for them, e.g., toy mice or small balls, from things thrown at them, e.g., a wadded-up Kleenex in a typically unsuccessful attempt to chase them away from something they shouldn’t be messing with, or to stop them from facing each other with lowered ears and raised voices. They know the difference. And I’m pretty sure they’d place the USB missiles in the “at” category.
BTW, the rainbow makers can be obtained through amazon.com if anyone wants one.
I may have to search for the missiles. I think my brother is buying the rainbow maker for Mom.
Hmm well the balls of wool aren’t keeping him occupied any more!
I’ve always found that tables of meaningless numbers and colorful charts were usually good for an afternoon, but I never thought of trying a fuzzy ball.
