Consider what would happen if one of your “friends” decided to capture the toy by using you as a tree…not a good idea.

I haven’t done that lately – honest – but it was fun to watch Pippin circle his little head, trying to follow the blades.
Smart little fellow that he is, he learned quickly that he can’t do that and walk at the same time.
You mean that is not a nice thing to do? Well, darn! And here I thought his clawing and biting was just a show of affection as I hooked her on the string….

It has been triple digit heat indexes for a week. The old fan wobbled, was noisy, and a total pain to clean. I had to kill the power to take down the old one and replace it and there always seemed to be a cat on the ladder to see what I was doing.
What harm could a fuzzy ball on the end of a elastic string do? I reinforced the box to take the new fan, after the sagging caused by the old one. The string was taped to the bottom of the blade to come off if one of the cats jumped and caught it.
I had the power back on, which meant the air conditioner was putting out cold air again. I was minding my own business when a small gray cat decided the quickest and easiest path to that ball was to jump off my back.
It hurt. It still hurts.
John, don’t say things like that. Someone has a video of animal control agent who had a tom go up his leg and hang by the claws when he got to the top of the leg.
That was not something I was planning on doing, but now, if I should come up with that idea, I will change my mind. Thank you for the warning:)
